HOW TO GET INVOLVED

There are many ways you can get involved in Squash and Squash 57 (Racketball). If you are an experienced player there are leagues and boxes at many clubs. Perhaps you are a junior or an absolute beginner learning the game and if so there are coaching progammes throughout the County.

FIND A CLUB

There are clubs all around the county that offer the ability to play squash and racketball. Some of them have coaching programmes with resident coaches, others offer social activities.

LEARN TO PLAY

There are a number of clubs around the county that have coaches in residence who run sessions all through the week for all standards. Most clubs run a social night that also caters for all standards and is a good way to learn about a club and can help to learn Squash or Racketball.

JOIN A LEAGUE OR BOX

Many of the clubs in the county play in the inter-club leagues and most of them will also operate internal box leagues. Some cater for those who work in the area and want to play during lunch.

VOLUNTEER

The Committee are always in need of volunteers to help run and develop the county. We have a number of roles or functions that need a volunteer to take charge of.
